What is Made to Order?

All of our embellished dresses are individually produced after an order is placed. This ensures every piece receives the attention it deserves. From handwork detailing to final finishing, the dress is tailored just for you.

Production Time

Due to the nature of our designs, please allow 2–3 weeks for production. Timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume, level of embellishment, or holiday periods.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin production. Once dress production begins, we are unable to accommodate changes to style, size, or design. Please include any specific requests in the notes at checkout, or email us with your order number to ensure we accommodate your needs.

Returns & Cancellations

As each garment is made to order and crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend reviewing our Sizing-Guide or Contact-Us. We’d be more than happy to assist with measurements.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your dress is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Shipping timelines are additional to production time.
