Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to minimise the risk of lost parcels.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you may choose to receive a refund (less the original shipping costs) or a store credit voucher valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process and appear in your account.

Please be aware that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
